“Sleepy Hollow”

headless horseman

I’ve been waiting for the new fall season…….
In particular, Sleepy Hollow.
I watched last night. Although far from an accurate interpretation of Washington Irving’s legendary tale, I liked it.
The hour crammed as much as possible for every metaphysical and horror and history lover….
Of course lightning electrified the air…..
If you have interest in cemeteries, witch burnings, the mysteries of the Masons, apocalyptic Bible tales, Demons, and the idea that spirits can roam, even through the centuries…..check it out.
The minute the intro panned over the Tappan Zee Bridge……I felt like I was going back to one of my favorite places.
Who knew lanky Ichabod was really a spy 🙂
I wonder what Washington Irving would have thought……or think 🙂 about this?
If you are ever in the Hudson Valley, visit Sleepy Hollow….it really is the kind of place where legends are made.
